Don't Eat Deductibles

Texas law requires that homeowners pay their deductible — and so do I. I won’t play games to “waive” or bury it, because doing so can void your warranty, your insurance, or worse they can drop your coverage on your home.

Step-by-Step:
How I Help With Insurance Roofing Claims

Initial Inspection

I’ll start with a full roof inspection at no cost. I know what insurance adjusters look for, so I’ll check for hail impact, wind lift, cracked shingles, flashing damage, and anything else that might qualify.

Claim is filed

Not every roof needs to go through insurance — and not every claim gets approved. I’ll give you an honest opinion about whether it’s worth filing based on your deductible, policy, and the scope of the damage.

Adjustor Meeting

If you choose to file a claim, I can meet your adjuster on-site, walk them through what I found, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. I’m not here to “fight” them — just to make sure you’re represented.

Scope of work

Once your claim is approved, I’ll handle the repair or full roof replacement — using insurance-compliant materials and building to code. I make sure it’s done right the first time, on time.

Supplement (If Needed)

Sometimes, insurance adjusters miss necessary items or don’t include code-required repairs. When that happens, I’ll submit a supplement on your behalf — providing documentation, pricing, and justification for additional scope or materials.

New Roof Installed

After the job is complete, you’ll get a final invoice and completion photos to send to your insurance company. No drama. Just a clean, finished project and peace of mind. After the work’s done, you’ll receive completion photos, a final invoice, and all the paperwork needed to wrap up your claim.

Texas storms can tear through roofs fast — but dealing with your insurance company shouldn’t be just as painful. If your home or investment property has been hit by hail, wind, or debris, you may qualify for a full roof replacement or major repair through insurance.
