Nope! As long as we have access to your gutters and your pets are secured, you don’t need to be home. We’ll send you a full before-and-after photo report once the job is complete, so you can see the results even if you’re not there.

Absolutely. Every gutter cleaning includes a detailed before-and-after photo report, so you can see exactly what we cleaned and confirm the job was done right.

The only thing we ask is that any dogs or outdoor pets are safely put away during your service window. This helps keep both our crew and your pets safe.

If we find cracked seams, loose sections, or damaged downspouts, we’ll take photos and include them in your report. We’ll also provide honest repair recommendations and a quote—no pressure to commit.

You’ll receive a text or call the day before your scheduled service window. Our crews typically arrive between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, depending on your location and route.

Most cleanings take 1–2 hours, depending on the size of your home and how full your gutters are. Larger homes or heavy debris may take a little longer—but we always let you know if that’s the case.

Yes! In most cases, we can provide a quote by reviewing your address online and asking a few quick questions. For unique layouts or heavy buildup, we may ask for a couple of photos to be sure.

Great question—light roofline debris removal is included in every package. If you need a full roof blow-off or power washing, we can bundle that in with your service.

We also can assist with light roof repairs and loose shingles.
